Hi! My name is Mike Fackerell. I’ve been investing in real estate since before 2002, and as a fully licensed real estate agent I’ve helped many people achieve a terrific sale price on their property, as well as saving them on commission – sometimes very seriously.

Together with my wife Marilena and others we work with, we are bringing you the opportunity to finish with more in your pocket,  having enjoyed a hassle-free selling experience. We will guide you every step of the way, paying careful attention to what is important to you.

I was first fully licensed in Queensland in 2008, and worked until 2012 in the industry, listing and selling many properties. After this we pursued other opportunities in diverse fields both here and abroad – including media and education. But now, we have settled down here in Springwood, Qld (a great place in South East Queensland 20km from the Brisbane CBD) and we are back to work again in real estate, helping people with property.

Our Fees and Services

Our fees are truly negotiable.

We are not the cheapest, nor do we take as much as most. Our aim is to deliver the best value to you for a fair price.

Our commissions will depend on the complexity of the assignment, market conditions and other factors.

Often the best offers on a property come in early when the property first comes onto the market. If we can sell your property in the first two weeks, we will charge just 1.6% + GST on your property sale.

A tenanted property can be harder to sell. We may charge 2%+GST to handle all that. A standard owner occupied property – 1.8% + GST would be a fair rate we feel.

For this to be fair though, we have to work to get you the highest price the market will pay. And we will do our utmost to achieve that.

You don’t need to pay 2.5% or 3% to sell your property. Neither should you necessarily entrust this important transaction to the cheapest agent. We are pricing ourselves at fair rates where we can give proper attention to our clients.
